Vodafone Ghana has offered all customers free international calls and SMS to Turkey and Syria. The telecommunications company will also refund customers all charges on calls that were made to Turkey and Syria from February 1. The initiative is meant to help customers stay in touch with loved ones who have been affected by the recent disaster.
Vodafone Group Completes Sale Of Vodafone Ghana To Telecel Group
Vodafone Group Plc (Vodafone) has completed the sale of its 70% shareholding in Vodafone Ghana to Telecel Group. The transaction has received regulatory approval and agreement from the Government of Ghana which will retain its 30% minority shareholding in Vodafone.

Vodafone Ghana has launched a subscription management portal to help its customers easily view and manage their subscriptions to value-added services (VAS). Customer can access this portal by dialling *463# or visiting the Value-Added Service section of the My Vodafone App.

The National Entrepreneurship and Innovation Programme-NEIP has launched Hubs Acceleration Grant Programme -HAGP under the Ghana Economic Transformation Project-GETP to support the hubs to accelerate Start-ups and SME growth.

A total of 300 women in various business start-ups are set to benefit from the annual Sinapi Aba savings and loans Women’s Mentorship Programme.
